JAPANESE WAGASHI: CUTE BUNNY MOONCAKES, FESTIVAL PASTRIES.

† How were you introduced to the art of “cute cooking”?
My younger sister is a big fan of “kawaii” stuff so I think I originally bought these for her (and wound up eating them myself after taking pictures).
† Where did you find this cute creation?
I got them at a Japanese tea salon in Paris called Minamoto Kitchoan. They specialize in “wagashi” and I think they only sell these during the “Moon Festival”.
† What is it made of? How does it taste?
Azuki bean paste, wheat flour, yuzu… It tasted ok but to be honest, it was kind of disappointing compared to all the other pastries they sell at that place!
† Any other comments or tips?
Thank you for your interest!
